Dear reader Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. My name is Tiffany Gouws, soon to be Crous. I was born and raised in Bloemfontein where I graduated high school. After high school I joined a rental agency where I worked for 8 years and is now, since July 2021, the proud owner of that very same rental agency. I recently joined Prime Property Group, a wonderful selling agency, not only to expand and increase my knowledge as an agent but also enabling me to offer a wider range of services to clients. I have lived in Universitas for the past 30 years and is extremely familiar, not only with Universitas, but also with the greater areas and suburbs of Bloemfontein. Not being bound to a specific area, I believe I can be of excellent service to satisfy client needs in any Bloemfontein suburb. I can actually remember as a little girl, hosting show-houses with my mom, that this industry is all I know, and that real estate is “in my blood”.
